01How it works

From the dashboard to the table tent

No hardware and nothing to connect to your till. Your menu and your payment provider stay as they are.

    Sign a code per table

    Enter your menu or payment address, pick the Menu or Payment type and add the table as the label, like “Table 5”.

  2. 02

    Print it on the table tent

    Download the PNG and print it with the table number and one short line: “Scanning opens qralo.com first”.

  3. 03

    Guests scan and check

    The camera opens qralo.com/verify with your name, the destination and “Printed for: Table 5”. Then they order or pay.

Codes that stay on tables for months

  • Signed codes

    Each code is signed with your organization’s key. Any change to its content breaks the signature.

  • Table labels

    The table number is inside the code and shows on the verification page.

  • Revoke

    If a table tent looks tampered with, revoke that code. Guests who scan it see it was withdrawn.

  • Verified domain

    Add a DNS record to verify your website’s domain. The blue check appears only after that.

  • Scan counts

    See how often each code is scanned. Business adds advanced analytics, a scan map and CSV or JSON export.

  • Your logo in the code

    On Business, your logo replaces the QRalo logo in the middle of your codes.

04Before you print

Three things to plan for

  1. The destination can’t be edited. It’s part of the signature, so point codes to a page you can update and reprint if the address itself changes.
  2. A fake sticker never opens qralo.com. The line next to the code is what tells guests to expect the check.
  3. Codes are PNG files. You print them on your own table tents or stickers.

Questions

Do guests need an app?
No. The phone camera opens the check in the browser. Then guests continue to your menu or payment page.
Can I change my menu link after printing?
No. The destination is part of the signature. Point the code to a page whose content you update, such as your-restaurant.com/menu. If the address itself changes, sign a new code and reprint.
Does it work for paying at the table?
Yes. The destination can be your payment provider’s page. Guests see the check on qralo.com, then continue to the address you signed. Your provider still handles the payment.
What if someone sticks their own code on a table?
Their code won’t open a QRalo page with your name and the table number. Tell guests to expect that page with a short line next to the code. If one of your own codes was tampered with, revoke it and print a new one.
Is the Free plan enough?
It’s enough to try: 3 active signed codes and 100 scans per code. A busy dining room reaches 100 scans fast, and a Free code past that shows as paused. Business (€9.99 a month) has no scan limit.
